Discovery planning
During the planning process, it was decided to use the research methodologies of Continuous Use Diary and Qualitative Interviews to gain a deeper understanding of the user's day-to-day life.
I created the research script and selected the participating users.


Survey Responses and Categorization

The results were computed in Google Forms and categorized in Figjam.


Matrix GUT and conclusions
The GUT matrix was applied to prioritize the categories identified in the usage diary survey. Based on the results, we defined the objective for the next quarter and established KPIs to measure the success of the feature.

New feature: Dynamic forms

We launched dynamic forms that are fully customizable by the user and can be added to a task or document, allowing the centralization and organization of information on the platform.
The user can drag the fields they want onto their form, configure and organize them as they wish.


It is possible to create field groups and add lines that can be divided according to the user's needs.
